Lỗi router 3620 xin giúp đỡ

Hiện nay công ty tôi có 1 con Router 3620 với 2 Modul : 1FE -TX và 2E-2W.

Tôi sử dụng 3 cổng FE này để chia subnet cho mạng LAN nhưng giờ bật lên nó cứ báo lỗi sau:

Sau khi nó báo lỗi trên, nó có tiếp tục chạy không? Hay treo ở lỗi trên?

Các lỗi dạng watch-dog thường xuất hiện do hai nguyên nhân:

* thêm vào hardware mới: lỗi do hardware
* thay đổi cấu hình trong software: lỗi software

trong trường hợp của Nam Anh, có thể do Nam Anh đã thay đổi cấu hình nên xuất hiện lỗi trên. Dưới đây là một email do Cisco gửi về liên quan đến thông tin về lỗi watchdog trên:

ROUTER CONSOLE MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS (if any)

ERROR: The 'Watchdog Timeout' error message may be displayed due to hardware or software issues. Cisco processors have timers that prevent the system from hanging in certain situations. The watchdog timer controls the time of each process. If a process is longer than it should be, the watchdog timer is used to escape from the process. The CPU periodically resets the watchdog timer. If the timer is not reset, a trap occurs.
TRY THIS:
1. If a new module has been installed recently, the crash is due to 'Software Watchdog Timeout'. Please click on TAC Case Collection - Reload due to watchdog timeout for troubleshooting.
2. If there is a configuration change or a change in the Cisco IOS software version, the crash is probably software-related ('Process Watchdog Timeout'). Paste the "show stacks" command output to Output Interpreter to display potential issues and fixes.

Về phần cứng router vẫn nguyên cấu hình cũ ko thay đổi gì.
