View Full Version : Help me- I can't open IDS device manager by IE6

Dear Sir,
I have IDS 4215, ip address of ethernet 1 is 10.1.9.201, ip address of my computer is 10.1.9.2, now I can PING to 10.1.9.201 but when I use internet explore and type https://10.1.9.201 I received that: "the page can not be displayed"
can you help me.

Có thể service cidWebserver tren IDS sensor của bạn bị stop.
Truy cập trên Sensor qua Console, vào giao diện dòng lệnh (config)# và gõ lênh: sysconfig-sensor
Chọn option 6 và enable bằng cách chọn Y để start cidWebserver, cho phép quản lý IDS qua Web bằng IDM.
