Mình đang config con Cisco2509 để làm remote access server. Nhưng modem nó không detect đươc. Mình dùng modem RS Robotics.
Mình đã dùng lệnh debug modem để kiểm tra nhưng nó bao modem not found.
Mình đã dùng lệnh sho modemcap để kiềm tra thì không thấy hỗ trợ
Các bạn có cách nào giúp mình với

Hiện giờ Tiến đang gắn modem vào line số mấy vậy? Tiến đã dùng MODEM converter (DB25-male) để gắn vào modem chưa? Tiến đã có gắn vào cáp octal?

Tôi cho rằng kết nối vật lý có vấn đề !

Tiến biết cách thử reverse-telnet chứ?

khi mình bật debug modem lên và quay số vào thì máy client nó báo như sau:

Khi mình bật chức năng debug confmodem lên thì nó detect không được và báo no modem found. Mình gắn Modem u.s robotics

Reverse telnet là một công cụ dùng để kiểm tra kết nối vật lý từ router đến modem.

Để thực hiện, anh làm các bước theo:

Mình đã làm được rôì. Mình dùng lệnh modem autoconfigure discovery thì không detect được modem. Sau thử dùng mấy loại modem có trong show modemcap thi được
modem autoconfigure type usr_courier mới được
