câu trả lời là:
mỗi p2p link sẽ dùng subnet mask (SM) /27 ( vì: three bits were borrowed from the host portion of a Class C address)
như vậy: với SM /27 thì sẽ có 30 valid IP (host), những mỗi link chỉ dùng 2 valid ip như vậy sẽ lãng phí 28 valid IP, 3 link sẽ lãng phí là: 28*3 = 84
