Router 2821 không nhận card HWIC-1ADSL

Tôi có dùng 1 Router 2821 làm Internet Router, cắm 4 card HWIC_1ADSL để làm cấu hình backup, load_balancing 4 đường ADSL.

Tuy nhiên khi boot router lên không nhận được card, gõ show diag thấy thông tin

Ban đầu xác định có thể do IOS, (12.4(3T)) nên đã upgrade lên 12.4(13T) & 12.4(17a) nhưng đều bị tình trạng trên.

Có bác nào đã gặp tình trạng như vậy chưa, pls help ? Có cách nào khác để enable card không ?

If the module's hardware information is shown in the show diag but you are not able to see the module interfaces in the show run or show IP interface brief output, check the hardware installation documentation. Some modules need router configuration after the installation.

In the show diag output, note the error message under the WIC 0 in the Slot 0. It is displayed as "Unknown WAN daughter card" "WIC module not supported/disabled in this slot." This could be an incompatible hardware issue. Check the Routers and Supported Modules section to make sure that the module is supported by the router; also check the supported IOS version for that module.


Nhưng check document cho 2800 & IOS từ 12.4(4T) thì đều support cả, không hiểu sao nữa đây ???

Ổn rồi, thanks Mr Minh. Mình dùng IOS version mới nhất & tính năng mạnh nhưng không phải dòng T nên không nhận được card. Chuyển sang dùng IOS đúng dòng T là chạy ổn.

Dòng T là giòng gì vậy bạn. Bạn có thể giải thích rõ cho mình và mọi người được bít để sau này gặp sự cố dễ xử lý hơn.
