Đầu tiên bạn vào www.cisco.com/go/certsupport đăng kí 1 acc. Sau đó chọn Contact us. Nó sẽ hiện ra 1 bảng thông tin. Ở phần Subject bạn điền tự do. Phần Details bạn phải điền đầy đủ những thông tin sau:

Tiếp theo ở phần Additional Information, bạn chọn CCIE Program ở tab Product, 1 sub sẽ hiện ra bạn chọn tiếp Lab Exam, Lab Invitation cho sub tiếp theo và cuối cùng là nơi mà bạn dự định thi (vd: Sydney, San Jose...). Sau đó là phần Country code (84), Area code (08) và số điện thoại. Sau đó bạn chọn Next, và Submit Case. Nếu thành công Cisco sẽ gửi mail thông báo cho bạn.
Bạn nên gửi mail xin invitation trước ngày thi 10-12 tuần. Bạn chưa đóng tiền phí thi vẫn xin được. Nếu không xin được visa thì có thể cancel schedule để apply nơi khác.
