General Requirements

• University graduates
• Fluency in English
• Ability to speak and write in Japanese is an added advantage
• IT literate
• Good business manner
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Smart, hard working, fast learning, with good morals and business ethics
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Based in HCMC or Hanoi
• Installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of routers and LAN switches
• Project coordination, control and management
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher – if in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field it is an added advantage
• Aged from 25 to 30
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position
• Experience on set-up and support of Cisco Router with data & voice set-up, MPLS IP-VPN, VoIP, ISDN dial-up, IPsec based VPN.
• Good understanding of ICT related knowledge – TCP/IP Concept, Network Security, Messaging System, DNS, Network performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• Cisco Certification is an added advantage
• Preferably with experience in project management

Engineer – Network Integration

Responsibilities

• Based in HCMC or Hanoi
• Customer support and troubleshooting
• Regularly visiting customer sites and checking their systems
• Reporting and proposing KAIZEN to the customer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher – if in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field it is an added advantage
• Aged from 25 to 30
• Experience in set-up and supporting of Windows server, PC, LAN/WAN, Security device, PBX and cabling
• Good understanding of ICT related knowledge – TCP/IP Concept, Network Security, Messaging System, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, files & print sharing, Network performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• Cisco/Microsoft Certification is an added advantage
